Guided Sound Meditation Feb 10th

Nic Wood is a mind body coach, which means she helps people mentally, emotionally, and physically. During these events she use her skills and passion to gently guide us with her voice while Vikki from Karenza Therapies weaves music medicine with chimes, gongs, tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and drums.

This weaving of sounds is a unique experience to help bring us back into our body, slow down the thinking mind inviting stillness, self-enquiry, or simply deep rest.
