Guided Sound Meditation Jan 1st 2025

You are warmly invited to join Vikki & Nic at CHARLTON MARSHALL VILLAGE HALL DT11 9PF, on Wednesday 1st January 2025 from 18.30-20.00 for a special evening of guided meditation and sound medicine to welcome in the New Year on the new moon.

Vikki uses chimes, gongs, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and drums, while Nic use the spoken word guiding us gently with her voice.

These weave together beautifully creating a unique field of safety to relax in, finding stillness or opening up to the beyond.

Please bring a comfy mat to lie on, blanket to keep warm and a pillow. Do bring some water and a journal if you would like to capture any gems revealed.

Lying down on comfy cosy nests, as friends together experiencing this we can remember who or what lies beneath the humdrum of constant thought. All this through the power of sound vibration.
