Description
You’re warmly invited to join Vikki and Nic at Child Okeford Village Hall (DT11 8EX) on Monday 12th May, from 7:00 to 8:30pm, for an evening of guided meditation and sound medicine. Nic Wood is a mind-body coach who supports people mentally, emotionally, and physically. She gently guides the group with her voice, while Vikki from Karenza Therapies weaves a rich blend of sound using chimes, gongs, tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, and drums. Together, they create a unique experience, a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, slow the thinking mind, and invite stillness, release, self-enquiry, or simply deep rest.
