Group safety and comfort – Please do not attend the session if you have any cold or flu symptoms, a high temperature or generally feel unwell.
Self care – Your are responsible for your own emotional and physical well-being throughout the session and after and agree to seek appropriate support if difficult emotions arise .Please inform the facilitator(s) if you need additional support after the session.
This is a sober space – Please do not take any drugs or alcohol before joining the meditation.

If you have any of the following please seek medical advice before attending :-
-A history of epilepsy, seizures, or any condition that could be affected by sound therapy or meditation
-Chronic mental health conditions, such as severe anxiety, PTSD, or dissociative disorders, that could be affected by trauma-related triggers
-Currently under the influence of any medications that could alter your state of consciousness
-Any hearing issues or conditions (such as tinnitus) that could be affected by sound frequencies

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT I declare I have read and understand the Risks and Responsibilities. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Guided Sound Meditation session. I release the facilitator(s) and any affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or any other negative effects that may arise as a result of this session. HOUSEKEEPING The doors will open at 10am where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space. The meditation will begin at 10.10am. Please note, the doors will be closed and there will be no further entry after 10.10am in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away. We will be immersed in our meditation for approx 1 hour There will be integration time at the end of the session and the session will close at 11.30am. ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ WHAT TO BRING Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, a floor mat, a cushion, a blanket and a journal and pen if you’d like to capture any golden nuggets from your experience. ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ ⭑ BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL |
