Description
Reflective Sound Bath Case Study #9 & 10This case study is part of a community project by The British Academy of Sound Therapy to study the effects of Group Sound Therapy on quality of sleep and sleep difficulties. You will be required to commit to 2 Group Sound Baths, 1 week apart, on Sunday 8th June & Sunday 15th June. There will be a before & after questionnaire to fill in, the answers you give will be anonymous and the results of the study will be available for you to view on the BAST website when the research is complete. A Reflective Sound Bath case study is designed to guide you through a sound journey that encourages introspection and transformation. Using Himalayan bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls, this session will help you explore your inner landscape, release stuck emotions, and gain clarity—all in a soothing, supportive environment. As part of this case study, I’m looking for honest feedback on how the session guided your reflections and release (as well as the sleep study questionnaire). Your input will help me refine and improve these sessions for others to experience meaningful shifts. The two sessions will be just £10 in total, What to BringPlease bring:
Thank you for joining me on this special journey. Your openness and feedback mean the world! |
