What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are “bathed” in the soothing sounds and vibrations of carefully chosen instruments. Using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and the monolina, I create a unique symphony of tones that gently support your journey toward greater clarity, calm, and connection.

As the sounds flow around and through you, they have a way of reflecting your inner world, inviting you to notice more about yourself—your thoughts, emotions, and even the sensations in your body. This self-discovery creates an opportunity to deepen your awareness, release what no longer serves you, and embrace a renewed sense of balance.
