Please do not attend your appointment if you have a new persistent cough, temperature, loss of sense of smell or taste or generally feel unwell.
-When you arrive at Complete Health Osteopathy, please wait outside the front door for your therapist to greet you.
-Please keep bags and coats to a minimum where possible.
-Please wear a face mask/covering upon entering the clinic
-You will be asked to use our hand sanitiser and let your therapist open/close doors for you
-Once inside the treatment room there will be a few differences; In line with government guidelines the treatment space is pared back to make it easier to sanitise between clients so there will be no heated under blanket, cushions and less blankets/towels. Your therapist will do their very best to make sure your treatment is as high a standard as you would always expect here at Karenza Therapies.
