This is a limited edition, 75 minute, winter/spring, fireside treatment designed to relax and let go of held tension in the mind, body and SOLE!

A 90 minute retreat where you can drop deeply into your journey of releasing tension, trauma and what is not serving you now. We start with a hot stone neck and shoulder massage, flowing into a scalp massage that brings you to stillness. The focus then shifts to your back, the hot stones melting away tension and my hands releasing your body from knots and aches while the heat of the stones take you to a state of deep relaxation. Moving to your feet, the stones will again be easing tension from the body as you drift into a dreamy state where you are letting go at a deeper level with the energy work of the Letting Go – Toe Technique

For this 60 minute, fully clothed treatment you will receive hands on energy work including intuitive Reiki and the Letting Go – Toe Technique to help you relax and drop anything your body is ready to let go of. The beautiful energies do all the work, taking you to a dreamlike space of release and relaxation.

Your Mini Self Care Retreat is a 2 and a half hour heart centred therapy created to offer you a deluxe, indulgent break from the world!
