The Shakti Temple is a sacred space, lovingly crafted to remind us that our bodies are temples. Embracing this profound truth opens our hearts to return to love and gives voice to our souls through movement, sound, and connection. We begin with a Ceremonial Cacao to create a sacred space, setting the stage for Shakti Dance Yoga of dance. This practice, enhanced by breath work, connection exercises, art, chanting, and sound healing, invites us to fully awaken to our creative energy.

Shakti Dance is a journey inward, inviting you to explore your creativity – in movement and thought – aligning with the deepest desires of your soul. Allow your body to revel in the joy of awakening, brimming with vibrant, creative energy!

Inspired by the wisdom of Kundalini yoga, Shakti Dance unites the awareness of body, mind, and spirit. It blends yoga postures (asanas), diverse dance styles, and free movement. On an energetic level, Shakti Dance nurtures your intuition, dissolves energetic blocks, and guides you into mystical states.

This workshop will be enriched by a Cacao Ceremony led by Vikki from Karenza Therapies, and Magdalena’s music, chanting, and sound healing. Magdalena’s sessions often weave in the Gene Keys, shamanism, astrology, I-Ching, and personal development, guiding you on a unique, personal, and spiritual journey.
