We start with a 30-minute shoulder, neck, and head massage, using a combination of soothing hands-on techniques and hot stones. The heat penetrates deeply into your muscles, releasing tightness and easing away the knots that come from everyday stress. You’ll feel the tension start to dissolve as your mind becomes calm and still. Next, we turn the focus to your back. For 30 minutes, I’ll use the warmth of the stones and targeted hands-on techniques to work through any remaining stress. The heat helps relax your muscles, while my hands gently but effectively relieve those stubborn knots and aches. This is your time to fully unwind as the tension melts away

Continuing with a 40 minute personal sound bath with Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Crystal Bowls and other therapeutic instruments to take you further on your journey to release and relax. This session is designed to melt away your aches, pains, and resistances to leave feeling calm, light, rested and relaxed.

The Slow Nest is a space for 2-4 women who are seeking deep rest, reconnection and a moment to simply be. We will take a mindful walk in nature, releasing the chatter and slowing down, before taking time to sensory bathe in a small local Beech and Yew woodland, bringing connection to self and nature. From there we will return to Karenza Therapies where you will be immersed in a relaxing or reflective sound bath, finished off with oracle card pulls, journal prompts and homemade tea.
