What to Expect
Embracing Boundaries and Consent
Our workshops are centered around respect and communication. We prioritise understanding and respecting personal boundaries, and you will be guided through exercises that emphasise the importance of clear consent in every interaction.
Trust and Embodiment
Through various activities and discussions, you'll have the opportunity to build trust within yourself and with others. Embodiment exercises will help you reconnect with your body, promoting a deeper understanding of your own needs and desires.
Knowing Your Yes and No
Learning to confidently express your desires and boundaries is essential. You will be provided with practices to help you become more in tune with your own "yes" and "no," empowering you to communicate authentically.
Discovering Platonic Touch
Experience the comfort and healing power of platonic touch in a safe and supportive setting. Our sessions will introduce different forms of platonic, non-sexual touch, allowing you to explore what feels comfortable for you.
Nervous System Regulation
Understanding how our nervous system responds to touch is crucial. We'll delve into practices aimed at regulating the nervous system, promoting relaxation and a sense of calm within.
Safe, Cosy, and Comfortable Environment
Our space is carefully chosen to ensure a cosy, warm, and safe environment for all participants. Expect a space filled with cushions, blankets, and an ambiance that encourages relaxation and openness.

All of you is welcome - your feelings, your boundaries, and your authenticity. Come together with like-minded women where you can share experiences, thoughts, and feelings from your heart, whatever they may be. All emotions are welcome in this space. Heart-sharing sessions allow for genuine connections and support from fellow participants.
